Torre Guaceto 
Terrain immersed in a wide area of olive trees and close to the sea side and to the Torre Guaceto’s reserve. It has an approved project for the realization of a huge, sea view villa equipped with every kind of confort, inclused the realization of a swimming pool. The project imagines a wide house equipped with a living room with big glass wall that look to the garden and to the pool, fireplace; a large kitchen; three bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. A depandance equipped with a dining room, bed; kitchenette and a bathroom. It is a preliminary project, so you can adapt it to own needs or, even, upset it at all.
Possibility to build an artesian well for the independence of water. Because of it is a new built villa, it is suggested the installation of photovoltaic system due to the presence of the sun for more than 300 days a year.
The supposed pool is a kind of oasis, but it is obviously just a rough idea and is modifiable.
